Apprentice of the month-December

We are pleased to announce our December winner of Apprentice of the Month went to Cameron Webster of Mint Support. Craig, Cameron's supervisor, had this to say: "Cameron is now taking on the role of a fully-fledged member of the team, being left to support sites by himself throughout the entirety of the week. Not only that, he has recognised that the extra growth has had a knock on effect with other areas of the service, such as help desk support. Even though he has not been assigned to help desk during this time, he has seen the strain the extra work has brought with it, and has taken it upon himself to help with assigning and resolution of calls on our help desk system. His initiative has been really appreciated. He’s progressed so much in the last few months, and really turned a corner in his work. When he goes out on site, it is no longer assumed that he is an apprentice, showing a level of confidence and ability which matches or exceeds many fully fledged technicians who have been applying for jobs with us." Well done Cameron from all at Woodspeen Training! Cameron received his certificate and £20 retail vouchers.
